We designed and manufactured the controls for a large international welding company. We also designed the machinery to be made with either a DC motor or stepper-motor control. All systems are equipped with a colour LCD display.
The automated welding systems we designed are the KAT® Welding and Cutting Automation Carriage (both designed to run along a rigid or flexible track), KAT®Weld Oscillation Automation Carriage, KAT® Auto-Welding Automation Carriage, Pipe KAT® Welding Carriage, MOGGY® and Magnetic MOGGY® (Portable Trackless Welding Carriage), and Electronic Arc Height Sensor (EAHS).
